Register now for the 2010 LibQUAL+® survey cycle using our new platform. LibQUAL+® will launch a new website in January 2010. The new interface features enhancements like LibQUAL+® Lite. All this while our price is frozen!
A short form of the LibQUAL+® survey, LibQUAL+® Lite uses item sampling methods to: (a) gather data on all 22 LibQUAL+® core items, while (b) each individual participant responds to only a subset of items. As a consequence, survey response times are roughly cut in half, while the library still receives data on every survey question!
In conjunction with LibQUAL+® Lite, ARL is set to release the new LibQUAL+® interface in 2010. The new interface features additional usability enhancements and features such as:
- Launch multiple language surveys using one interface
- Unlimited number of survey contacts
- Simplified online survey management process
- Preview of Lite and full survey versions
- A comprehensive set of user comments including comments from incomplete surveys
- Complete and/or modify the Representativeness Questionnaire post-survey
- Upon subscription access institutional reports and enhanced analytics for all survey years
- Assign your organization to multiple ARL assessment tools
We are also introducing improved pricing starting in 2010. The standard base fee for the LibQUAL+® survey implementation is frozen in 2010 at $3,200. We are moving to a fee structure that rewards periodic, structured participation, and encourages libraries to make participation decisions strategically, rather than on an ad hoc, one-time basis. The new fee structure will be “back-end loaded” meaning that fees in subsequent years will be reduced in recognition of participation on a scheduled periodic basis. Please see our Services and Fees page for details.
